So liefern die im schottischen Edinburgh beheimateten Macher dieses London Dry Gins die Rezepturen für fünf weihnachtlich angehauchte Drinks.
50 ml Lind & Lime Gin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
20 ml Lemon juice
10 ml clove sugar syrup
25 ml Egg white or 3 tablespoons of aquafaba
4 Raspberries
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Fresh raspberries
Method: Add Lind & Lime Gin, Dry Vermouth, Lemon juice, clove sugar syrup, raspberries, and egg white or aquafaba into your cocktail shaker and give it a shake without ice. Next, add ice and shake again, strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish using raspberries.
50 ml Lind & Lime Gin
20 ml Mulling spice syrup
15 ml Lime Juice
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Lime wheel
Method: Add Lind & Lime Gin, Spice syrup and lime juice into a Boston shaker, add ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with lime wheel.
30 ml Lind & Lime Gin
15 ml Lemon juice
10 ml tangerine syrup
75 ml champagne
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Lemon peel
Method: Add Lind & Lime Gin, lemon juice and tangerine syrup into cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish lemon twist.
30 ml Lind & Lime Gin
20 ml Oloroso sherry
15 ml spiced orange syrup
10 ml lemon
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Orange peel
Method: Add Lind & Lime Gin, Oloroso, spiced orange syrup and lemon into your Boston shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish using orange peel.
50 ml Lind & Lime Gin
20 ml Lime juice
20 ml cinnamon all spice syrup
2 plums
Top up with soda
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Plum slice
Method: Muddle plums in your cocktail shaker and add Lind & Lime Gin, lime juice, cinnamon syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice, top up with soda and garnish with a slice of plum.
