Die Four Roses Distillery hat einen neuen Inhaber. Das US-amerikanische Familienunternehmen Gallo verkündet den Abschluss des Kaufs der 1888 im US-Bundesstaat Kentucky gegründeten Brennerei samt Marke von der japanischen Kirin Holdings Company.
Zurück in US-amerikanischer Hand
Im Zuge des Inhaberwechsels will Gallo keine Änderungen an der Produktion, dem Whiskey oder dem Personal vornehmen. Alle Angestellten inklusive Four Roses Master Distiller Brent Elliott sollen übernommen werden.

Auf Nachfrage wird sich auf absehbarer Zeit für den deutschen Markt nichts ändern, weiterhin wird Pernod Ricard Deutschland für den Vertrieb verantwortlich zeichnen.
